I do both juicing and I use the blender(nutribullet) while both help me
with the weight loss….I prefer juicing over all. It helped me loose 30
pounds in a month. And I had 64 oz of juice a day. With one meal.

    great idea
but what they don’t tell you is
you will have to spend $50 bucks or more on fruits and veggies every day to
fill up a pint glass. to much dang food to buy

Raw foods tend to be ‘Cold’ and an overconsumption of them will damage the
Spleen energetic organ system. In Chinese medicine the Spleen is paired
with the Stomach and is central in the proper digestion and absorption of
food. Therefore, a diet with an overabundance of raw vegetables, juiced
vegetables, raw fruits and fruit juices is going to have the opposite
effect on your health than argued.

Juicing is great to make your kids increase their intake of vegetables. Few
kids want to eat raw selleri but if you juice it together with some apples
they’ll drink it in notime and get all these great nutrients.

sorry to break up the party here, but drinking fruit juice, i.e. any fruit
juice in any form, i.e. store bought or freshly squeezed, is not good for
you. Fruits, in their natural state, all contain a perfect balance of sugar
and fiber. It is the fiber that helps your body process the sugar. However,
when you drink juice, you’re getting the sugar, but with none of the fiber,
and your body don’t like that too good, i.e. you might as well be drinking
orange Fanta. In other words, this whole thing is a gimmick, and y’all been
had. But hey – don’t take my word for it – research for yourself. Peace
