Thanking The Individuals Who Make Us Great

While we pause and give thought to all that we’re thankful for I thought I’d thank some of the new bloggers who have recently decided to make their site richer by incorporating SmartLinks or our widgets.

Jen’s on a mission to save the world’s water by encouraging us to all drink more wine. She lists a tonne of wine books that help both beginners and experts enjoy great wine. Jen runs a wine consultancy (how cool is that?) and if you like J Garcia’s cab (yes, that J Garcia) she recommends Five Rivers.

Over at Blackgeekdom there’s a discussion occurring about the appropriateness of Common as the Green Lantern in the proposed Justice League project.

Derek talks about OmniFocus, a new piece of software that helps him stay organized. Derek’s a fan of the popular Getting Things Done method for personal productivity management and claims that OmniFocus is the best software to manage the process.

Don has integrated a widget onto the Metro DC Landscape network on Ning. The custom widget made via BlueOrganizer highlights books on architecture.

Mystery Lyrics, a cool site that hosts regular games where participants guess the song based on the lyric, has implemented our Amazon Bestselling Music widget. Here’s the most recent lyric: “And life is like a pipe.” Dave plays host to an active community - there are already 23 comments for the aforementioned lyric.
