SmartLinks Tutorial Via Viddler

Rob Sandie, a co-founder of Viddler and a graduate of my Alma mater, Lehigh University, pinged me a few days ago on Skype. It was cool to hear from him, since this was the first time I bumped into startup that grew out of Lehigh.

I have seen Viddler before, thanks to the WineLibrary TV. If you have not looked at this video player, please do. In my opinion it is one of the most intelligently executed, fun and interesting players on the market today. It is designed from the ground up (by a 16-year old, Rob tells me!) to facilitate the social discussion around the video. Tags, ratings and comments are intelligently overlayed as the video plays. All of it is playful and easy.
