Celebrities are a big deal in US of A and everywhere else. We all long to know what is going on with these often gorgeous and very successful people. When is Paris getting out of jail? Can Brad carry on? Will Britney ever sing again? Lets face it - we need to know the answers!
But seriously, celebrities are fascinating part of our culture. Our minds and days are shaped by music and movies. And we realized that since they are part of our daily life they need to be included in the BlueOrganizer. And so, we are pleased to announce that Movie Stars and Music Artists concepts are now in production. This means that you will be able to use them both in the BlueOrganizer as well as create SmartLinks. Here is a little FAQ to get you started:
How do I turn on these new collections?
From SmartMenu click BlueOrganizer Options. Navigate to Movie Stars or Recording Artists collections and
check the sites that you like:
What sites can I get the SmartMenu and SmartLinks on?
For movie stars try these pages (Matt Damon profile is used as a sample): Fandango, Flixster, Hollywood.com, IMDB, Movie Phone, Netflix, Yahoo! Movies.
For music artists try these pages (Jack Johnson profile is used as a sample): Allmusic.com, AOL Music, Last.fm, Yahoo! Music.
What menu shortcuts do I get in the SmartMenu?
Lots of goodies are there from lyrics to filmography to tickets and birthdays. Check it out!
What do these SmartLinks look like?
The SmartLinks for these categories are action-packed: Matt Damon and Jack Johnson.
Can I create SmartLink Feeds for Movie Stars and Music Artists?
Absolutely! You can create feeds and badges with your favorites. Here are the actors popular this week on Flixster and top artists on Last.fm:

Never thought I’d see the day where Alex would write a blog post mentioning Paris Hilton, Brad Pitt, and Britney Spears - all in one post! Wonder how that will effect our traffic.
